Do you ship any physical products?

Not at the moment. The templates are digital, but you may print them after you customize them.

Can I try out the templates before buying them?

Absolutely! In the description of each listing, you will find a link that leads you to the template's demo page.

How will I receive my purchased template?

1. Shortly after you purchase, Templett Help Center will create an account for you using the email associated with your order. They will send you an email with the access link.
2. Click the access link in the email to confirm your account details and set a password. This will take you to the Templett Help Center design area where you can view your purchased templates.
3. The design area will display your purchased templates, allowing you to click on one to load and start editing.
4. When you're happy with your edit, click "Download" and choose among the following formats : PDF, JPG or PNG.
5. Print at home, through a local printing company or online. You can also send your invitations electronically via text, email or social media.

Is there a tutorial that I can follow on how to edit my purchased template?

Should I edit my purchased template on my computer, cellphone or tablet?

It is best to edit your purchased template on a computer via Templett.com. In order to avoid technical difficulties, please avoid using your cellphone or tablet.

Do the templates have an expiration date or download limit?

There is no expiration date or download limit on the templates that you buy from Nat-Zard. Once you buy a template, you can use it as much as needed.
